While most children in this age group will enjoy the usual balls, dolls, blocks and other toys of this sort, there are some toddlers who are very advanced for their age. These are the children who gain the most from having special toys.
Learning toys for the toddler age group have gained much popularity in recent years. These are the toys that not only entertain, but teach at the same time. Children never even realize that they are learning and not just playing. Toys of this sort include books that read to the child with the aid of an electronic chip inside. They come with different hard plastic memory cards to be inserted into the side of the computer. These cards hold the information for many types of entertainment and learning. Children can easily learn their ABC's as well as how to count with these toys.
In this same genre of toys, is included a karaoke machine for toddlers. There are differences, of course, as a toddler cannot read. However, the music is provided with voices singing the songs. As your child learns the words, he can take the microphone and become an instant singing sensation.
There are also unique toddler toys for the child who likes to build or create things. They are just the right size to fit in those small hands and your budding little contractor will love it. |
